TUSCALOOSA, Ala.—Mountainview High students attending their 50th reunion were stunned to see that their classmate had not changed one bit from his days as their prom king and state championship quarterback.
Benjamin D. Smith, 68, credits his youthful good looks primarily to kicking, shortly after high school, a three-pack-a-day smoking habit that had started when he was just 6. He also says he has remained virtually unchanged through the years thanks to a daily routine that has included plenty of hot yoga, fiber, and sex. The latter, he admits, started when he was in middle school, often with much older girls because, he says, they always thought he looked very mature for his age.
One reunion attendee, who prefers to remain anonymous, says that she rejected Mr. Smith’s advances in high school because for some reason he reminded her of her grandfather, though she is sure they aren’t related. Now, she says, she finds him extremely attractive and, after having exchanged numbers at the reunion, is looking forward to dating him.
